One of the great delights of the ILTACON conference every year is running into people I don’t normally see anywhere else. One of those is Chad Papenfuus, the Litigation Support Director at Brownstein Hyatt Farber & Schreck.

I’ve known Chad since the early 90’s, when he had the same position at Winthrop & Weinstine and then a bit later when we were both active in the EDRM during it’s early days. He always has great insights and I think you’ll enjoy his comments about ILTACON19.
