Litigation
Solutions provider seeking experienced and motivated individual to join their worldwide
litigation solutions group to develop new business in Florida. Services
include eDiscovery, review, forensics solutions, court reporting, and information governance. The Account Executive
shall develop new business relationships within law firms and corporate
legal departments in their region.
DESCRIPTION
- Identify client leads through various methods such as contacting
individuals within their own professional network, referrals, conducting
internet research, contacting trade show registrants, attending networking
events and trade shows, use of various directories, and other methods - Cold calling client leads
- Maintain accurate records of contacts and sales activities
- Promote services via email marketing campaigns
- Negotiate client billing rates and deadlines
- Maintain close working relationship with Project Management and
Production teams in an effort to ensure client projects are processed in the
highest quality and completed in a timely manner
